The answer is simple: By sending expensive catalogues to all and sundry, these firms have to charge enough to cover their expenses. By contrast, we only send a catalogue to someone who asks for it. That way we can give sensible discount. AND we don't have to charge exhorbitant rates for our engraving services either - THEY COME FREE !
