PRINTING OF MESSAGES .....
I have been asked how to print the messages you read on the Lawn Bowls Message boards
Normally it is possible to print the current screen from your browser, but some people may have difficulty with the background. I can print the pages on my black and white laser without difficulty, but if you experience this problem and particularly want to print a message,
Here's what to do.
Get the page on your screen, then save it onto your own disk(Using SaveAs from the file menu
- you will be able to select the drive/directory into which it will be saved.)
Load the resulting file into MSWord (or other word processor). You now have the source code for
the page (just as you see if you select the view/ document source window)
Change the line which includes body bgcolor=
by deleting bgcolor="#ccffcc" or changing it to read bgcolor="#ffffff"
and changing the text to text="#000000"
Save this (as a TEXT) file and close it (you may change its name but
don't change its terminator (.htm).
Now load this (local) file into your Browser. (You may have to click on
reload if you have run it before making the changes.) It should now be
Black on white and should print OK.
You should be able to do this with any WEB page for which you can see the
complete source code in your browser from the view/document source
window.
Alternatively, just edit out the bits you don't want and print from
MSWord!
Hope this helps!

I think you will find an easy way to copy all the text so that you may read or edit it when you like is to select 'edit', (from your browser), click on - 'select all'. Now open notepad or word pad and simply right click and 'paste' into there.
