A FORM FOR SCORING A 3 GAME LAWN BOWLLING TOURNAMENT .....
I am looking for a form which could be downloaded to aid in scoring a 3 game tournament. We usually are using 6 or 8 rinks. Three games are played It seems every time we get to that 3rd. game we run into difficulty - usually putting 2 teams together who have already played together or ending up on the same rink they had previously played on. This happened yesterday - the form we have been using for many years I fear is outdated andd there must be any easier way of doing it. Can anyone help? I would be ever so grateful. Many thanks.
Also if there was soft ware available and could be done on the commputer I'm sure that would be an easy way.

Hi,

I am not sure eactly what you require, but I wondered if the following may be of use. I have produced a basic excel spreadsheet for a Gala Fun Day using 8 rinks where there are 3 sessions.
Teams do not play more than once on a rink and only play a maximum
of one time on an end rink (Rink 1 or 8)
The scoring is: 10 points for a win ; 5 points for a draw; and 1 pointfor each end won.
Let me know if this may be of use and I can explain in more detail.
Do you use excel ? Can you explain in more detail what you
are looking for?
I have a more advanced file which will enable the printing of labels
for the score cards
regards Julian
