SELECTING THE CORRECT SIZE OF LAWN BOWL .....
Please forward info on selecting the correct size of a lawn bowl. Is there a "rule of Thumb?" Thank you.

I have just joined a bowls club and started playing, I was going to buy some 1930 classic wooden bowls but my father inlaw says I would not be able to use them could you please tell me why please
