Why has it been decided to play the Commonwealth Games lawn bowls on a green running a bare 10 seconds.
It was my understanding that the Commonwealth Games Association allocated event to the Malaysian capital on the understanding that the organisers would provide 14sec-15sec synthetic greens to ensure top play in the humid environment, and that a number of these artificial greens were constructed.
So why the ssslllooooooowwwwww grass surface. What has gone amiss? Can anyone explain.
