I have 4 teams playing a Round Robin. I want them to be involved in all 3 games. So instead of just wins and losses, which could result in a tie at the end of the day, I would like to award other points to determine the winner. I was thinking of 4 points for a win, 2 for a draw. Then 1 pt for each end won (only playing 12 ends), and 1/4 pt for each point scored. What do you think? How would you change? I have an old photo of a Bowls Club group including in it a picture of my Grandfather's Brother. It dates at about 1934 and was taken in the Kyngs Lynn or Snettisham area of North Norfolk. I would be gratefull if anybody living in that area was connected with the game at that time and could perhaps recall the occasion of the photo.

I am currently captain of my outdoor club in Hertfordshire, England and am trying to identify methods of encouraging youth into our game. As with most other clubs I have talked to, the membership continues to age, but the number of younger players entering the game keeps decreasing.
