INTERNAL CLUB COMPETITION DRAW. .....
Ihave to arrange a singles knock-out comp. for all 42 players in the club. What's the best way to do this. How many first round matches? how many byes in the first round? ect.

Use the first round to get from 42 to 32, IE you want to elimenate 10 people in the first round. Which means you will have 10 games only in the 1st round consisting of 20 players therefore you will have 22 byes.
