TEAM MAKEUP SOFTWARE .....
Does anyone know of any computer software to help make up teams for Lawn Bowls. Specifically I am interested in the possible combinations for a given number of available players. If anyone knows of any, please let me know. Thanks

Hi David .No I am not related
I wonder if what you are looking for is the Hensalite book which gives you the number of teams and the number of greens required so that no team play outside rinks more than once and it goes from up to 64 Teams and also gives you the proper formula for BYES
I am at home at the moment and I don't have the book at hand as it is at the club, but will let you have more details tomorrow.

Hi David,
I thought I should respond to your query re a bowls program to produce draws etc.
I am currently developing a software application that will allow each club to maintain a members register as well as specific details relating to each bowler for each type of event and will produce a draw for any type of competition, allocating rinks and all.
If you are interested in this package, please email me and we can discuss further.
Regards
Trevor.

Treavor,
I have been building software (Excel) since 1998 to register, Draw, assign rink, and record results.
I have just recently tried to add a VBA screen interface to register and collect fees.
The system produces charts for flight systems.
Please email a response to me.
I was tournament for the Southwest division of the then American Lawn Bowls Association (ALBA).
