AGE OF A SET OF BOWLS .....
i am told that you can tell the age of a set of bowls by looking at the number stamped on the bowl.
Is this correct and how does it work?

there should be a map of Australia or an oval shape with a number in it for example my bowls have the number 06 stamped on them which means they were made in 1996 the 06 refers to the year i need to get them retested and restamped if i was to play in STATE OR NATIONAL events
