HOW DO YOU TELL THE AGE OF A SET OF BOWLS? .....
I am told that you can tell the age of a set of bowls by the stamp on them. Is this so and how does it work?

my lawn bowls are stalmped 2002.I need to know if they are legal to play in competions in N.I.W.P.G.L. at semi level
