BOWLING GREEN CONSTRUCTION .....
I am having difficulty in finding any information on how to construct a Lawn Bowling Green.
I live in Vanuatu and an area at Port Vila Golf Club has been allocated for this purpose to promote and encourage Lawn Bows at all levels.
I would need all details to build a green from scratch.

Dear Sirs, being a member of the KLIPPER THC, Hamburg /a large Tennis and
Hockey Club (approx. 14oo members)I think it an idea to perhaps introduce Bowls (outdoor and indoor) to our club. As of now I really have very litle knowledge of how to get this startet, I would appreciate some further information. Regards

Please go through the website of world bowls. WB have endorsed seven manufacturers. You can contact any of these and they will be more than happy to give you the details. Moreover, I am engaged in some aspects of venue development for the Commonwealth Games 2010 any information that is relevant and could be disclosed will be forwarded soon.
