SYNTHETIC CARPET BOWLING SURFACE .....
Could anyone help with information on the the latest manufactured material for outdoor bowling surfaces similar to material manufactured in Gt Britain about 12 years ago "Escarpa; or some name similar.
The carpet was laid on concrete with an underlay material to protect carpet.Any information would be appreciated
