1) The room opens all the days, except on weekends when I play bowls. :-) - (this is possible because I have a permanent connection to Internet at my job)
2) From 9AM to 14PM. Sometimes I can extend this time on afternoon. This is Brazil's local time.
3) When a new member comes, I'll send a message introducing him to the others.
4) To enter the chat use always the "Join Session button" in the ICQ program.
