Club Information
Cockburn Bowling Club has a long and proud history formed in June 1964.
We are extremely proud of the Clubs’ achievement, the majority of the Club performance is the result of a lot of hard work by many of our members, which has translated into the on field success outlined below:
The Club opened its Cockburn facility on 14 th October 1967, going onto win their first Pennant that season.
The success has been due to many of the best bowlers in the State, who have proudly played and represented our Club.
Over the years our players have won 73 Pennants (31 in Premier League), 50 State Titles, 1 Commonwealth Games medallists, 4 International and 18 State representatives and 34 Australian Championship winners.
In addition the Club has 7 Rosenthal Medallists, 4 State and 1 Australian Hall of Fame Inductees.
