Silverdale Bowling Club

In 1925, Mr Dickens from the Woodlands Hotel provided the plot of land on Cove Road, Silverdale.

The sign over the gate advises, ‘Tha’s nowt f’ short’ in memory of a talented club member.

We are privileged to play in idyllic surroundings with excellent facilities.

All this is made possible by the dedication of our members past and present.

We have teams in local leagues and we have our own annual competitions when cups and trophies are won and lost! Social bowling on Tuesday evenings is an opportunity to come and meet us and learn about the game.

We are renowned for our hospitality and our cakes!
