About the Club

Welwyn Garden City Bowls Club was founded in 1942 and moved to Digswell Park in 1988. It welcomes new members and offers support from qualified bowls coaches. The outdoor green hosts friendly matches, club competitions and district and county league bowls. The club shares the wider Digswell Park site with the cricket club through the Digswell Park Sports Association. Its Greenside Pavilion provides space for club and community activities, with kitchen facilities. Contact the club secretary to enquire about joining or visiting.
