Account Deletion

Before you request deletion

Deletion is permanent once completed. It removes or anonymises account profile information and app relationships such as saved, followed and played clubs. Content that forms part of the public directory or a conversation—such as a review, club response or event record—may be deleted or anonymised so the surrounding record remains understandable. We may retain limited records where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal claims, financial obligations or proof that the request was completed.

We will verify the request against the signed-in account. We aim to acknowledge requests within seven days and normally complete them within 30 days. If a legal, security or technical issue requires more time, we will contact you. If you cannot sign in, use our Contact Us page and select the account or privacy enquiry option.
