About the Club

Aldersbrook Bowling Club was established in 1919 and welcomes bowlers of all standards at its Aldersbrook Road home in Wanstead Flats. Its six-rink outdoor green is overlooked by the club pavilion and surrounded by flower beds. The mixed club is affiliated to Bowls England and the Essex County Bowling Association and is registered as a Community Amateur Sports Club. New bowlers can receive free tuition, with registered coaches available to help members develop their game. The clubhouse also offers a licensed bar, kitchen and function rooms.
