Atlas Bowling Club

The Atlas Bowls Club was established in 1968 as part of a sporting complex for the employees of the then Atlas Aircraft Corporation of South Africa and for the residential communities of Bonaero Park, Impala Park, Witkoppie Ridge, Alphen Park, Bartlett, Atlasville, Farrarmere, Norton Park, Pomona, and now Clearwater Estate.

The club offers two Eastern Gauteng Bowling Association approved bowling greens. There is also a club house, a function room to accommodate +/- 70 people and a small kitchen. There is a bar area and a patio charcoal or gas spit braai.

The club house is open for socializing and bowling on Saturdays from 13h00 and on Wednesday and Sunday mornings from 8h45 for 9h00.
