About the Club

Dawlish Bowling Club has played in the heart of Dawlish since 1907. Its outdoor grass green sits on The Lawn beside the bandstand and Dawlish Water, where visitors can watch play from the surrounding park. The summer programme combines friendly matches, league bowls, club competitions and informal roll-ups for a range of abilities. Beginners can receive help from a qualified coach, with bowls and other necessary equipment available. The clubhouse dates from 1924 and includes a bar, kitchen and changing rooms. The railway station is a short walk away, with public pay-and-display parking nearby.
