About the Club

Desborough Town Bowling Club was officially opened in 1972, formed by a group of enthusiastic people who raised sufficient funds to persuade the Council to construct the green.

The Clubhouse was a wooden hut which, over the years, has been extended by the members, including new changing rooms, kitchen and bar and is still in use over 50 years later.
