Farnham Bowls Club was established in 1878 and plays at Bear Lane beneath Farnham Park and Farnham Castle. Its outdoor grass green accommodates six rinks, with play running from mid-April to September. Members take part in local leagues, friendly matches and internal competitions for the club, ladies and men championships and other trophies. The green is maintained by club volunteers and is surrounded by shrubs in a town-centre setting. A clubhouse bar provides a place to socialise after games. Beginners and experienced players are welcome, and Club Secretary Mandy Fitchett can help with enquiries.
