Holwell Bowls Club

Holwell Bowls Club plays at Rands Recreation Ground in Holwell Road, around three miles north of Hitchin near the Hertfordshire and Bedfordshire border. Its six-rink green is open from April to September, with opportunities for friendly and competitive bowls. The club welcomes members of different ages and levels of experience, from juniors to older players. An elected committee runs the club, and the clubhouse hosts social events during the outdoor season and winter months. Players interested in joining or arranging a first visit can contact club secretary Anna Gilbert for further details.
