About the Club

Knaphill Bowls Club was founded in 1926 at its Sussex Road site and celebrated its centenary in 2026. Its outdoor grass green accommodates six rinks, with recreational play, friendly matches, leagues and club competitions during the April-to-September season. Beginners can receive free coaching from qualified EBA coaches and borrow club bowls while learning. Members have access to a clubhouse bar, with light meals available on some club nights. During the winter, short-mat bowls takes place in the same clubhouse, alongside social events and local league play.
