Lewes Bowls Club

Lewes Bowls Club plays on a six-rink green beside the Priory and the Dripping Pan on Mountfield Road, a short walk from Lewes station. Established in 1922, the mixed club welcomes players of different ages and abilities for friendly matches, league bowls and club competitions. Newcomers can arrange a free taster session, borrow bowls and receive guidance, while coaching is available for developing skills. The clubhouse has changing facilities, a dining area and a bar. Winter activities include short mat bowls, quizzes, talks and games evenings. A public car park is immediately adjacent to the ground. Contact the general secretary for information.
