Mentone Bowling Club

The Mentone Bowling Club was founded on 27 November 1902 and is currently located on the corner of Balcombe Rd & Swanston St in Mentone. We currently have one grass green and a synthetic green with lights which are used for pennant bowls and barefoot bowls.

The club became a regular in Premier Division Pennant from 2012 to 2018 which included the clubs first finals appearance. The club was unfortunately relegated at the end of the 2017/18 season following a loss of points seeing them in Division 1 for 2018/19. This unfortunate time for the club would come with a silver lining as the club bound together through a trying period and took out the Division 1 Premiership, the first in the club's 117 year history. The 2022/23 pennant season will see us field two Weekend Pennant sides in Premier & Division 3 and one Midweek Pennant side in Division 2.

Throughout the year we are able to hire out the venue for functions, provide barefoot bowls & host a weekly happy hour offering our range of drinks over the bar. All the details on our offerings can be found on the website with links below.
