Merewether Bowling Club

Merewether on the Green is undoubtedly Newcastle most friendly club. We have been a part of the Merewether community for over 60 years and are privileged to service our local residents. Merewether on the Green is not just a venue for playing bowls, rather a social hub where all members of the community can gather for any style of social event.

Merewether on the Green has two outdoor BBQ areas that can be used for any kind of celebration or get-together; a swing-set for the kids to play and enjoy; a spacious function room overlooking the greens holding up to 100 guests; “Fireflies Restaurant” family friendly restaurant and a specific corporate meeting and training room.  Plus if you’re looking for something fun to do, you can enjoy a game of bowls for only $20 per rink!
