About the Club

Motcombe Gardens Bowls Club was formed in 1910 and is based in the Old Town area of Eastbourne. The mixed club welcomes new bowlers and experienced players, with qualified members running coaching sessions during the season. Its programme includes friendly matches against local and touring clubs, internal competitions, the Eastbourne Men's League and opportunities to enter county events. The four-rink outdoor green sits beside a clubhouse rebuilt in 2000, with an extended kitchen and a patio overlooking play. Touring teams are welcome by arrangement. Contact the club for membership information, coaching opportunities and visiting fixtures.
