About the Club

Newdigate Bowls Club was formed in 1990 and plays at the Brocus in the centre of Newdigate. It is an independent members club with an outdoor grass green, a clubhouse and adjoining parking. The season runs from mid-April to mid-September, with friendly matches, league games and internal competitions. Social events continue during the winter. New and experienced bowlers are welcome. Free coaching and equipment are available for newcomers, who need flat-soled shoes. Club Secretary Diana Banthorpe handles membership enquiries.
