Northcliffe Park Bowling Club

The new Northcliffe Park Crown Green Bowling Club was formed in January 2020, starting out with 8 members and has gradually increased over the years to 22 members at this current time.

The green, which was created in the 1930’s, has had many clubs associated with it. When we came, we found an array of ledgers which showed the minutes of various meetings over the decades, as well as photographs of the Men’s Trophies which had been won and the Ladies Teams. Many local people have happy memories of those times gone by and how busy it was on match days.
