About the Club
The Tzaneen Bowls Club was founded in 1949. Situated in Crown Drive Tzaneen, the club consists of about 60 permanent members. The Bowls Club caters for both competitive as well as social players.
The two well maintained greens and surrounding gardens provide for a beautiful view of the Tzaneen town area.
The clubhouse with its comfortable bar, kitchen and dining area make it a delight for members to be part of Tzaneen Bowls Club.
Throughout the year, the club hosts a series of Business Leagues as well as the popular annual Litchi Tournament held in January.
The interior of the club is filled with interesting photos and memorabilia off various events and past history of the club.
The club is open on Wednesday and Saturday afternoons and visitors are most welcome.
