Westerhope Bowling Club

Westerhope Bowling Club is based on West Avenue in Westerhope, Newcastle upon Tyne. Local members share an interest in outdoor lawn bowls, playing on a grass green beside the recreation pavilion. The club welcomes people interested in joining and takes part in competitions across the region. Its public page also describes links with local children through intergenerational activities. Volunteers help maintain the green, clubhouse and surrounding grounds between playing seasons. Email the club to ask about current membership, opportunities to try the game and visiting arrangements, and confirm session times before travelling.
