The Malta Lawn Bowls Association is proud to announce that World Silver Medallist and Commonwealth Games Bronze Medallist Connie Rixon has been selected as Malta’s Flag Bearer for the 2026 Commonwealth Games Opening Ceremony in Glasgow, Scotland.
This prestigious honour recognises Connie’s outstanding achievements on the international stage, her dedication to the sport of lawn bowls, and the pride and passion with which she represents Malta.
To lead Team Malta into the Opening Ceremony is a fitting tribute to an athlete who continues to inspire through her commitment, sportsmanship, and success.
