Ahead of the 2026 World Bowls Indoor Championship, Australia took on a Rest of the World team at Ocean Grove Bowling Club as part of World Bowls’ ongoing push for Olympic and Paralympic inclusion.

Featuring players from Australia, Türkiye, Switzerland and India, the showcase match highlighted the global and inclusive nature of our sport in front of a lively crowd in Victoria.

The Bowls for Brisbane campaign is about more than one match. It’s about showing the world why bowls belongs on the Olympic and Paralympic stage.

You can support the campaign by becoming a Barracker and helping raise awareness for Brisbane 2032.
