England were beaten by Wales 30.5 – 23.5 in their fourth Glasgow 2026 Commonwealth Games Preparation Weekend at Desborough Bowling Club.
The action was tight and exciting, with the score not quite reflecting the performance after eight of the twelve losses came via a tiebreaker.
The points tallied also don’t take into account any Para Bowls matches as the England Para Team competed against guest players provided by Desborough BC, controlling their matchups brilliantly to win 31 – 2.
