Congratulations to World Bowls Director and former President Darryl Clout AM, who has formally received his Member of the Order of Australia insignia at Government House, Sydney.
Darryl was recognised in the 2026 King’s Birthday Honours for significant service to international sports administration and to the community.
He received his AM medal from Margaret Beazley AC KC, Governor of New South Wales, with his wife Sue, son Peter and friend John there to share the occasion.
Darryl served as World Bowls President from 2021 to 2024 and has made a significant contribution to bowls and sports administration over many years.
