Ghana’s Charles Amofah on Growing Bowls in West Africa — One Step at a Time

Charles Amofah, President of the Ghana Bowls Federation, has travelled to the 2025 World Bowls Indoor Championship in Aberdeen, Scotland on a fact-finding mission.

With limited resources, players in Ghana are currently using oranges to practise. This visit marks a key step in his mission to grow the sport and build a stronger future for bowls across West Africa.
