Last weekend was all about the future of English Bowls, as Victoria Park not only hosted the National Junior Development Day but also the U25 International Squad Day🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿

The greens were awash with the best young bowling talent England has to offer, as players battled the hot conditions to secure a place in the 2026 U25 International Squad🌟

The invitees included County, National and International champions and were assessed by international manager Nicola Bowe and her assessors, which included established international stars, Emily Kernick and Kirsty Richards. The standard was superb and it was great to see the youngsters at the Development Day watching and learning.

Keep your eyes peeled for the announcement of the selected team.

Go to play-bowls.com, book a session and maybe you will be trying out for an international team soon!
