County delegates discuss proposed England Bowls merger
Delegates from 35 counties joined Bowls England and English Indoor Bowling Association representatives at the 2026 conference to discuss the proposed England Bowls merger.
The gathering gave delegates the opportunity to hear developments, ask questions and provide feedback. The proposal would bring indoor and outdoor flat-green bowls under one governing body; it remains subject to the organisations’ member decision process.
