What an absolute masterclass of bowls! The 2026 National 4s Championship has officially wrapped up, and what a spectacular week of competition it was at the Rarotonga Bowling Club.
Huge congratulations to our newly crowned Men’s National 4s Champions! 🏆PUKAPUKA🥇 You dug deep when it mattered most, played some sensational shots under pressure, and thoroughly earned your spot on the top.
A special history-making shoutout goes to the Rakahanga women’s team, who have just claimed the title for an incredible five years in a row! 🏆 To dominate the national stage for five straight years is an unbelievable achievement. Talk about a dynasty! 🔥
To our runners-up mens & womens, thank you for putting on an epic fight—unlucky today, but what an absolute show you put on! You went toe-to-toe with the best, pushed the champions right to the wire, and played some unbelievable, clutch bowls when the pressure was dialed up to the max. You made the finals an absolute spectacle, and you should hold your heads incredibly high! 🥈🔥💪
A huge round of applause must also go to our 3rd and 4th placing teams! 🥉 Make no mistake, reaching the final four in a national tournament is a massive achievement on its own. You played your hearts out, pushed the finalists to the absolute limit, and should be incredibly proud of the top-tier bowls you delivered . 👏👏
