World Bowls is proud to continue supporting the development of bowls in Ghana.

During the Glasgow 2026 Commonwealth Games, representatives from the Ghanaian Government joined Bowls Ghana President Charles Obeng Amofah and World Bowls for productive discussions around the sport’s continued growth across the country.

Following the launch of the Ghana Bowls Federation in 2025, World Bowls remains committed to helping create more opportunities for people to experience and participate in bowls.

A big thank you also to Graham Robertson and Henselite UK for their generous donation of bowls equipment, which will directly support the sport’s development in Ghana.
