Baslow Bowls Club

Baslow Bowls Club welcomes players of all ages and abilities to its outdoor green in the Peak District village of Baslow. The club offers social bowling, internal competitions and opportunities to join local league teams. Trained coaches can arrange introductory sessions, and the club supplies bowls, jacks and other basic equipment for beginners to borrow. Its Baslow Beanies initiative introduces children aged eight to fourteen to the sport. The usual playing season runs from March to October, weather permitting, with social activities continuing through the year. Free on-site parking is available, and the entire club site is smoke-free. The pavilion and green are at the sports grounds on Church Lane.
