Blackburn Leisure Bowls Club

Blackburn Leisure Bowls Club plays at Blackburn Social & Community Club on Prescott Avenue in Brough. The club offers evening league bowls alongside social play during the outdoor season, with activities listed from April to September. Its history goes back to the mid-1930s, although an exact founding year has not been confirmed. Beginners can contact the club about trying the game and meeting its members. An open-day programme also introduces newcomers to bowling and the club's social life. Check the club's current arrangements before visiting, including session times, taster costs and what equipment to bring.
