About the Club

Brentwood Bowling Club was founded in 1908 and now plays at King George's Playing Fields in Ingrave Road. The club welcomes bowlers of all ages and abilities, with qualified coaches helping newcomers at its Tuesday and Thursday roll-up sessions. Members can enjoy social bowling as well as men's, ladies' and mixed league fixtures. Short mat bowls and social activities continue outside the outdoor season. The club now incorporates Central Essex Bowling Club, and parking permits are available to members through the council's season-ticket scheme.
