About the Club

Burpham Bowling Club was established in 1990 and plays at Sutherland Memorial Park in Guildford. Its outdoor grass green hosts a season from April to September, including local leagues, friendly matches, internal competitions and informal roll-ups. Members can also enter regional, county and national competitions. Qualified in-house coaches provide tuition for beginners. The clubhouse has a licensed bar, and free parking is available nearby. Thursday club nights combine summer evening bowling with a light supper, while the winter social programme includes quizzes, games evenings, coffee mornings and festive gatherings. Bowling and social membership options are available through the club website.
