Cohuna Bowls Club

Our Bowling Club is situated right alongside the Gunbower Creek.

With a lovely Free Parking Caravan area next door, and the gorgeous sunsets that bring an inspiring end to a satisfying day of lawn bowls or relaxation you couldn’t be in a better place.

For the complete newcomer to lawn bowls, looking for a sporting activity that promises much in fun and enjoyment with a competitive element, the friendly, welcoming atmosphere of Our Bowling Club will be the place to be.

During the Bowling Season, we have Social Bowls and Pennant Practice on Fridays, followed by a cheap meal and great company for a memorable visit to Cohuna.

Our venue is available for hire for functions such as Birthdays, Christmas Parties, Funerals, Reunions & Weddings, although we reserve the right to refuse to accept some bookings.

At this time the cost of hiring the rooms is $110 plus GST for the Lounge and the same for the Hall. If we provide the catering for you the Kitchen is free, but if you wish to do your own catering, using our Kitchen, then that is a further charge of $110. Included in the charges is the provision of Bar Staff, and you can run a tab or pay as you go for your drinks.

Our Catering Committee also has a range of options which you can choose from, including hot/cold, finger food, sit down meals, etc. Prices for these are negotiated before the function is approved.
