About the Club

Essex County Bowling Club offers year-round bowling at Imperial Avenue in Westcliff-on-Sea. Established in 1906, the club has two outdoor grass greens providing twelve rinks and one indoor carpet green with six rinks. New bowlers and experienced players are welcome, with indoor play available throughout the year and outdoor bowling during the summer season. The club supports wheelchair bowlers and welcomes social members. Away from the greens, members can enjoy a restaurant, a well-stocked bar and clubhouse functions, with a large car park on site.
