Frensham Royal British Legion Bowls Club

Frensham Royal British Legion Bowls Club was established in 1935 and plays on an outdoor grass green at Hollowdene Recreation Ground. The mixed club is run by volunteers and welcomes both beginners and experienced bowlers. Its season runs from late April to late September, with friendly fixtures, three local competitive leagues and internal competitions. Practice evenings take place on Mondays and Thursdays, alongside social and fundraising events. The green is behind the recreation-ground clubhouse and can be reached by steps or a slope. Parking is available, although space can be limited when cricket matches are taking place. Membership enquiries can be made through the official club website.
