About the Club

Godalming and Farncombe Bowls Club plays on an outdoor grass green in Phillips Memorial Park beside the River Wey. Its Godalming predecessor was founded in 1867, moved to the present green in 1924 and merged with Farncombe Bowling Club in 2005. The club offers casual play, friendly matches, league games and internal competitions during the April-to-September season. Beginners and experienced bowlers are welcome, with individual coaching available and club coaches attending regular club evenings. The pavilion has a social seating area, licensed bar and kitchen. Secretary Barry Honeywill handles general enquiries.
