Howden Bowls Club plays outdoor flat green bowls at The Ashes Playing Fields in Howden. Its two grass greens sit at the southern end of the park, north of Treeton Road, with access also described through Hailgate. The club offers taster sessions, social bowling, summer leagues and individual cup competitions, alongside social events. New and experienced players are welcome.
